My payment's failed - what do I do?

If your payment has failed, this can affect your account, check the following details before reaching out:

1) Are the details you've entered correct? Payment providers validate things like postcodes, so if you've moved recently and updated your bank details, this can cause issues.

2) Has your payment method expired? If so, you'll need to update those details in order for your payment to be processed.

3) Has your payment method got sufficient funds? Check the account that the payment is being processed through has sufficient funds for the invoice being processed.

If you've verified the above, please open a ticket so we can investigate for you; we understand that having payments due can be stressful, so we promise to deal with it at empathetically and sensitively as we can.

Please do note that we do reserve the right to charge late fees, as per our Terms of Service, but we try and avoid this where payment plans, or alternative payments can be arranged; but this can only happen if you chat to our friendly team!
